Jalen Hurts is the first quarterback who entered the NFL after Patrick Mahomes to win a Super Bowl! (as per Mitch Goldich) Let’s not forget that two years ago, he failed at the same stage against the same opponent. Even though the team failed, his performance left a mark, as fans across the world appreciated the Eagles star. One such fanbase was Gabrielle Union and her group chat. Recently, Bring It On actress emphasized Hurts’ key associates who helped him in his pro career.

The wife of the Heat icon added a post on her story about the QB and his all-female team. The post had the caption, “He’s one of the only players in NFL history to have an all-women management team.” It’s a five-women team consisting of Chantal Romain who handles communications, Shakeemah Simmons-Winter, and publicists. Then there is Rachel Everett who oversees marketing and Jenna Malphrus takes care of brand management. Hurts’ agent is Nicole Lynn, who became part of the team in a very interesting manner.
She sent an Instagram DM after his college career ended: “Hey, have you picked an agent? If not, I’d love to link.” Hurts eventually signed with her, and Lynn made him the highest-paid player in NFL history (5-yr, $255M) for a while. In 2022, the Eagles star stated: “I have a team of straight hustlers. And that’s how I am on the field and off the field.” That’s why today his net worth is $30 million as per Celebrity Net Worth.

Gabrielle Union has always been a fan of Hurts, and she is not the only one. In an appearance, on Late Night with Seth Meyers before the Super Bowl LVII, the actress revealed the reason behind the fandom. “So apparently the group chat is all throwing all of our weight behind Jalen Hurts.” The reason was pretty simple. “He does well for himself. I’d like to go home to a happy home so I’m not gonna comment there. But, the streets are saying…For the older kids, he’s like the new Warren Moon.”
She is not the only one from the Union-Wade household who has given flowers to the 26-year-old. Dwyane Wade even pitched an interesting career choice post-retirement for the star QB.

After Gabrielle Union, Dwyane Wade lists the quality of Jalen Hurts which impresses him the most
This is his 5th season in the NFL, and he has reached the playoffs in 4 of those seasons. Hurts earned his starting QB role at the end of his rookie year and hasn’t looked back since. He became the first Eagles quarterback to make multiple Super Bowl appearances. So, it is obvious why Gabrielle Union and her group chat were throwing their weight behind the Eagles star. But Dwyane Wade has noticed something different.

“Just his whole trajectory. He’s been high and in the midst of being high the next season or the next play or the next moment he’s been low and he’s been high. And he continues to be the same individual through it all.” The 3x NBA Champion has been fan of the Super Bowl MVP since his college days. “When he retires, if you’re looking for someone to run your company, someone that has the stable, that can go through the highs and lows of life, like he’s showing you that he has the characteristics to be an amazing person.”
So, Gabrielle Union has been a fan of Hurts for his on-field success. While Dwyane Wade is enamored how the 26-year-old has maintained his pose throughout his NFL journey. And definitely, the credit goes to the five women who have worked behind the scenes for the QB’s success.
