Shaquille O’Neal’s daughter bids farewell to her basketball team

The Cyfair Elite basketball is set up in order to encourage and empower young athletes by using athletics as a tool to improve health and fitness. Shaq’s 17-year-old daughter Me’Arah was one of the lucky ones selected for the basketball program and she displayed excellence on the court. But as she’s about to graduate high school, she bid an emotional farewell to her basketball team.

On her social media handle, she wrote, “its officially all over… real bittersweet man imma miss it.. words cannot explain how grateful i am… Cyfairi love ya, thank you… #13 out.”

Intersetingly, Me’Arah, who stands at 6’4, is allegedly taller than the three-point god Stephen Curry. It’ll be intriguing to witness the youngster taking part in college basketball and it remains to be seen if she’ll be able to demonstrate her flamboyant basketball skills in the big leagues.
