Kevin Garnett is often considered one of the greatest power forwards in the history of basketball. He has won almost every accolade that the NBA had to offer. In 2007, The Big Ticket left the Minnesota Timberwolves and moved East to Boston. It turned out to be the best outcome for his career.  Apart from the 2008 NBA championship, he also won the Defensive Player of the Year award in his first year with the Green.

Jayson Tatum speaks about KG comparisons

The 6’8 forward is currently the main man at the Boston Celtics. Despite several deep playoff runs in recent years, the 25-year-old is yet to win an NBA title.

There some reports that insiders were comparing Jayson to Kevin Garnett. On that front Tatum said, “I’m never going to be Kevin Garnett. As much as people want me to be, that’s not who I am. The way I lead, the public may not ever see what I do.”
