Shaquille O’Neal has a simple favor to ask. The ‘Big Aristotle’ has achieved massive success in the league due to his dominant skills, and most importantly, his towering physique. While he is more than happy with his above-average height, there’s always one issue that comes with it. Finding stuff that fits has been a long-time problem for the 4x NBA champion.

Shaquille O’Neal spends a fortune on customisation

The Los Angeles Lakers legend boasts a net worth north of $500 million and enjoys luxuries, some of which are probably beyond our wildest imagination. From customizing private jet, to splurging a lot to fit into his dream cars, O’Neal has not been one to let size get in his way.

Previously, in an interview, the Lakers legend even admitted how the only time he wished to be smaller was when he couldn’t fit into his favorite sports cars. “They’ve got these Lamborghinis and Ferrari [and] I used to have to buy two, shrimp them up, spend a crazy amount of money, and take the convertible part off to make myself fit,” Shaq admitted.

Shaq’s ‘Forever Convertible’ is a mid-engine Ferrari customized with modified seats and top cover. The factory fuel tank was swapped out for a custom front-mounted tank to create more space for the 7ft star. From the doors, and roof, to the sides, everything was customized according to his size.

After his third championship with the Lakers, Shaquille O’Neal also spent a crazy amount customizing a new Cadillac Escalade. And the list goes on. What are your thoughts on this? Let us know in the comments section below.
