There seems to be no end to Larsa Pippen’s controversy. For months, she has dominated the news with her current relationship with Michael Jordan‘s son, Marcus. While several celebrities and fans worldwide have expressed their disappointment at their problematic relationship, few have come forward to defend the Real Housewives of Miami star. One of the few is the famed comedian, Aries Spears.

Social media erupted when Scottie Pippen’s ex-wife made her romance with Jordan’s son official. Pippen’s feud with his former teammate is no longer a secret to the public. Pippen, in his book, ‘Unguarded’, mentioned his resentment over the popular documentary, The Last Dance. The legends’ unsettled dispute has added more fuel to their well-wishers’ dating choices.

Fans and media have long been discussing Larsa’s problematic relationship. She and ex-husband Scottie Pippen officially split in 2021. According to the reports, Larsa got half of the NBA legend’s retirement money.

Many people have raised questions about this as well as her dating life after her divorce. Not to mention, her choice to date the 1994 All-Star MVP’s rival’s son, Marcus, was highly criticized.

Some have simply taken it as a decision by two grown-ups who have nothing to do with the players’ feud. One such supporter is famed comedian and actor Aries Spears. In a conversation with Vlad TV, he was asked about the 49-year-old’s complicated dating history, which involves Malik Beasley and Marcus Jordan.

The host of the show, DJ Vlad, also criticized Larsa’s decision to choose Marcus intentionally, despite knowing the issues. To which, the 48-year-old comedian replied, “Don’t be a hypocrite, if you get to choose then you get to choose, don’t say you get to choose but then you can’t choose.”

The conversation also included Larsa’s trauma caused by MJ’s one-word response.

Larsa Pippen was traumatized by Michael Jordan’s disapproval

As media outlets were rife with the relationship of his son with Larsa Pippen, Jordan was sought after to comment on the recent happenings. The NBA legend seemed unruffled and answered the question with a simple, “No.”

Soon after Michael Jordan’s one-word disapproval surfaced on the Internet, people were quick to criticize the new couple. And Larsa who had previously confirmed that both families were happy about their relationship was shocked and traumatized to hear Jordan’s one-word comment, which son Marcus felt was a case of intoxication or humor from his father’s end.
