Recently, he shared a special message for the young generation of players and said, “All the work that’s been done through the years is actually the kids today are benefitting from all that work. I don’t even think a lot of these players even know what a lot of these rules and s**t came from. A lot of battles, a lot of give and takes in the league and the players union fighting each other for these rights. Scrapping over money, TV rights, you know what I am saying.”

He added, “Know what you benefiting from and who went through the blaze of fires to have the league at where it’s at today. So that you can wear that s**t on the bench the way you want to wear it.”

How Kevin Garnett has managed to gain $300 million

Following his retirement, the 2008 NBA champion opened his own production company, Content Cartel Productions. The company recently produced the documentary, Goliath. His other investments have also gained him much profit.

Garnett was involved with Inside the NBA and had his own show, Area 21. He recently began his own podcast, KG Certified, along with his friend and former teammate Paul Pierce.
