Ever since Shaq lost the $3 Million challenge, some might say he desperately wanted to own the latest Elon Musk $60,000 creation. “Can I buy your Cybertruck right now?” He asked YouTuber Funny Marco. He later even agreed to exchange his Dodge TRX worth $159,999. But Marco had other ideas and set up Shaquille O’Neal with an ultimate challenge.

Shaq owned a Tesla car a few years ago. It was the Tesla Model S. Though the roomy car was spacious, it was small for him. In 2022, a TikTok influencer, Anthony C. Hall posted a video of Shaq candidly sharing his experience about the vehicle and had a request to the Tesla owner. Shaq said, “Elon, you wanna make a big boy Tesla?” Now after repeatedly facing size issues with the car, Shaq has finally got his hands on a new Tesla. It happens to be a tad better version of the Cybertruck and well suited to his needs.

The 7’1 tall NBA legend recently got his customized version of Tesla Cyberbeast. “Just got off phone with Shaq! On the way to deliver him a cyberbeast! Let’s go!” Ahmad CEO of Effortless Motors wrote in the caption of his Instagram post along with a screenshot of his video call with Shaq.

In a video later, Shaq says, “Since you gave me a great deal on the Cybertruck, the Hellcat is yours.” The dealership owner couldn’t believe what he heard. But O’Neal confirmed again “It’s yours“. The dealership deals in New and pre-owned car brokers. Later Ahmad went to promote his business “No Cap here guys! Effortless Motors you know how we do it.

The 52-year-old likely made the decision after attempting to get his podcast guest to trade his Cybertruck for his own truck. Just a few days ago, in an episode of The Big Podcast, the 4x NBA champion made a hilarious negotiation with his special guest, YouTuber Funny Marco.

Shaq lost a $3 million bet

Shaquille O’Neal desperately wanted to check the cyber truck, but with Marco denied it a couple of times and later raised the bar. He even agreed to a $3 million prize money for the challenge. “Oh damn, you really can’t fit in a Cybertruck? Would you fit in there for $3 million?” Marco asked.

The 7ft giant managed to compress himself into the seats of Marco’s ride. However, he was not comfortable inside the Cybertruck. Although he desired to own the $61,000 truck, he ultimately gave up on it due to size restrictions. He even boldly claimed that his Dodge TRX was a better truck than the Cybertruck.

But now Shaq is a proud owner of the Cybertruck Cyberbeast. He doesn’t have to worry about trying to fit in considering it is custom-made. Previously the company was called out by LeBron James for their marketing tactic. They had claimed he bought a Bugatti from them. However, after LeBron quickly shut down the rumors on Instagram, they cleared that it was a ‘marketing deploy,’ and hadn’t intended it to blow.
