We have loved watching Shaquille O’Neal and Charles Barkley go at each other. This time, though, O’Neal had some backup. Shaq brought in famous comedian Gary Owen to his newly released podcast, and a segment of it was to make jokes about Barkley. It looked like the Los Angeles Lakers legend hired Owen for a helping hand, but this is an example of why you should never trust a comedian.

Charles Barkley called Shaq ugly on live television just a week ago. Now this is the 2000 MVP’s time for revenge. After playing Barkley’s roast on the podcast, Shaq asked Owen, “I need your help…I need you to hit him[Barkley] with four, five ugly jokes, ’cause he said I was ugly…Help me out, go ahead. Respond to Charles Barkley for me.”

Owen hilariously responded, “No, but you are ugly. So I agree with him. I’m sorry about that.“ Shaq was in disbelief as he had a visibly defeated look, but he did not lose hope. He decided to put his fans to the test. He said, “Cameraman, get a close-up and I want a vote from the people. Am I ugly? I don’t think I’m ugly.”

The 1993 MVP absolutely loves every chance he gets to mock Shaq. After O’Neal was ranked 9th on the Sexiest Bald Men in the World list, Barkley was in disbelief. The Sixers legend who considers Shaq ugly decided to do some research to find out if it was true.

Charles Barkley called Shaq ugly in different ways on the Stephen Colbert show

Barkley said on the show, “Shaq came to work about a month ago and there’s an article came out that he is the 9th sexiest bald man…He is ugly, but he said it was GQ magazine.“

GQ is one of the world’s most famous and reliable magazines, but it has different iterations based on the region. Barkley added, “He was bragging about it. Then we did a little research, it was South Africa GQ. First of all, he is ugly in South Africa and America.“ That’s some insane disrespect. Shaq’s only shot at redemption also failed after Gary Owen decided to team up with Barkley.
