The O’Neal family has been big on building their individual stocks rather than depending on the four-time NBA Champion. “A lot of NBA players, sometimes after their careers are over, they don’t really think about other things outside of basketball.” Shareef O’Neal once talked about having multiple revenue streams during an interview with ClutchPoints. Apart from hooping, the 25-year-old is also a fashion influencer, but Shaquille O’Neal’s son seems unimpressed by the way he presented his drip.

😂😂😂 damn I make my fit checks sound weak 😂 the last part is hilarious.” Shareef on an IG reel was explaining his outfit, “I got my homie Brandon Jennings tuff crowd beanie on.” Starting from the top he described his entire outfit but was not sure about his top or the brands from the pants he was wearing on that day. “I don’t know who it is, I got some lil vintage store out here. Elites jacket 1017. Not sure what these pants are. Certified lover boys Air Force 1s and some skims boxers.”

Yes, he even described his boxers, which are probably the things you don’t describe. Shaquille O’Neal and ex-Shaunie Henderson’s eldest knew about it. That’s why he called out his own behavior in his IG story.

That’s not all. Shareef even pointed out the same in the post’s comments, “Shoutout skims.” Despite his NBA dream not playing it out the way, he would have wanted it to. He signed with the Kings’ franchise in November and a few days later was assigned to the G-League team. But even they waived him ahead of the season. However, he continues to plan his future in other industries as well.

During his interview with ClutchPoints, the former G-League star highlighted his next career path. As he was not afraid to test the uncharted waters.

Shaquille O’Neal son’s has plans apart from basketball

The 6-foot-10 star joined his father to help him revive Reebok. Being the President of Basketball, Shaq needed someone to understand the market and capture the young generation’s hearts to lead Reebok where it was during the heydays. “I know I always make fun of what you wear, but I really want you to help, like, you know, rebrand.”

Shareef obliged, and apart from helping Shaquille O’Neal, he has other dreams as well.” I wanted to get more into like fashion business and just music stuff, video games—stuff. I got to work in fashion.” That’s why he is part of the team with Fashion Nova to endorse their menswear line, Nova Men.

Even though he may have over-shared about his skims, Shareef is looking for future fashion collaborations. Despite facing setbacks, he has not given up on his NBA career. As he tries to build his brand, following in the footsteps of his father, Shaquille O’Neal.
