When Larsa Pippen strolled into Maple & Ash with a mystery man, the hush fell louder than the paparazzi flashes. When Larsa Pippen showed up at Maple & Ash holding hands with a younger mystery man, the cameras didn’t miss a beat—neither did her Instagram Story, which gave fans a peek into the night. Yet as the glam faded and the whispers kicked in, all anyone could really focus on was this: Who is Jeff Coby, and why is he suddenly everywhere with Larsa?

Columbia alum and 6’8″ forward Jeff Coby—undrafted in 2017, last pro stop Luxembourg—just vaulted into the tabloids. Born in Pembroke Pines, Florida, the Haitian-American forward made a name for himself at Columbia University, showing up in every single game during the 2015–16 season. That said, his most headline-worthy move might just be this: announcing a wedding with Larsa Pippen, set for this November. And nope, not everyone is celebrating.

In fact, Jason Lee didn’t hold back when he found out. “Her new boo is teasing wedding. Okay. I’m going to do a spoiler alert,” he said on The Jason Lee Podcast, before adding, “This right here makes me so sick to my stomach because she was literally… here at the Jason Lee show.” He then played a clip from Larsa’s past sit-down on his show, which clearly hit a nerve.

Moreover, Lee revealed he once gave her relationship advice—but apparently, that didn’t stick. “She does not agree to listen to what I told her,” he asked, visibly frustrated. Then came the mic drop: “I quit.” When his co-host tried to stop him, Lee doubled down, “I quit. Her, Cardi B, anybody in my world… I’m not giving it.” Here, giving refers to Lee giving both Larsa and Cardi relationship advice on their individual episodes. And you can infer, neither of the two listened to what Lee had to say and made their decisions anyway.

So yes, while Larsa’s new beau might not be rocking a championship ring, he sure knows how to drop bombshells. One Instagram post, one engagement announcement—and suddenly, all eyes are on November.

Is Larsa Pippen getting married?

Just last October, Larsa told E! News, “I am single. I haven’t really gone on too many dates recently.” But things took a hard left just five months later. At Marysol Patton’s birthday bash in Miami, Larsa pulled up to Maple & Ash with someone new on her arm—literally. The 31-year-old baller Jeff Coby strolled in hand-in-hand with her, and inside, the two made it clear this wasn’t just a dinner date.

Then again, it wasn’t just fans picking up on the vibe. “They were cute. She was glowing,” a source told Page Six—and that glow didn’t fade with the night. Larsa tossed clips from the party onto her Instagram Story, but what happened next turned the heat up. In April, Jeff dropped a mirror selfie with the caption, “Help—I’m being followed 🤍,” and Larsa couldn’t help but repost it with a flirty “Haha, you’re funny.” If anyone was wondering whether this was serious, the couple’s social media said it all.

But just when fans thought things couldn’t escalate faster, Jeff casually dropped the line outside a Miami event. Holding Larsa’s hand, he told the paparazzi, “It’s going to be a beautiful marriage.” Oh—and he mentioned November. That’s right. Wedding month. Cue the internet losing it.

Still, let’s not forget—this isn’t Larsa’s first relationship in the headlines. Marcus Jordan once hinted at marriage, and we all saw how that fizzled. Jeff may be playing the groom-to-be role now, but Larsa stayed quiet this time—except to admit she’s genuinely happy. Whether this ends in “I do” or just another yacht kiss, one thing’s for sure: Larsa Pippen’s love life is once again center stage.
