The King of R&B has always extended the royal treatment to the Jordan family. Not long after Michael Jordan enjoyed the legendary musical stylings of Mr. Entertainment, his son made a date night out of it. Marcus Jordan took Larsa Pippen to one of the best attractions in Las Vegas, headlined by close family friend Usher. From the evidence the couple provided, it was a glamorous night giving their followers a big case of FOMO.

LarCus has recently been subjected to a bit of trolling for simply breathing. Despite the negativity, they’re going strong with the marriage hints.

The son of Michael Jordan enjoys date night at Usher’s concert

Usher is leading the final leg of his Las Vegas residency at the Park MGM this year. Yes, that same hitmaker who sang at Michael Jordan’s wedding to Yvette Prietto. A wedding that was attended by Scottie Pippen and his then-wife, Larsa Pippen.

Usher Raymond has been a friend of MJ and his family for years. And any close-knit family has a cookout with their friends. Or that’s what Marcus Jordan calls the Usher – My Way Las Vegas residency.

MJ Jr. took Larsa Pippen to the Park Theater for his show. As is custom, they showed off their night on Instagram. “Brought Larsa Pippen to the cookout aka the Usher Show,” Marcus wrote on his Instagram stories with a view of the sold-out venue. Larsa shared a glimpse of their concert fit on her stories.

The 32-year-old is not the first Jordan in a while that Usher has hosted at his concert. In October, Michael Jordan and his wife, Yvette, had prime seats at the same venue to watch the “Confessions” singer live along with some friends. No Marcus and Larsa in sight then, however.

Another celebrity attendee, Tiffany Haddish put on a performance just for MJ. And later Usher would shout out, “We love you, Mike.” Usher was also wearing the limited edition Air Jordans he designed with His Airness’ brand.

Usher is not the only one who has been expressive of his love and admiration for Michael Jordan recently. One artist though is showing it by venting his frustrations towards Marcus and Larsa.

Rapper is furious over LarCus’ wedding

Marcus Jordan has been fueling marriage speculation with Larsa Pippen for a while. He clarified that he gave her a promise ring and not an engagement ring. But he still details plans about having two weddings and asking his dad to be his best man.

The Houston rapper, Slim Thug, is not happy with those plans. He went on a rant that Marcus is, “f**king up your daddy’s legacy,” for considering marriage with Scottie Pippen’s ex-wife.

Marcus and Larsa have developed the art of ignoring the hate sent their way and going strong. They’ve not responded to the rapper if they have come across his rant at all.

Slim Thug is obviously not going to perform at a potential LarCus wedding. Maybe Usher could continue the tradition and perform at this Jordan wedding too.
