In it, the man who has the most fearful reputation in the sports industry got smacked on the head by a little kid. The small playful clip on Twitter has rolled out a line of memes and funny comments from the fans.

This incident is not a first! Years back, the crowd observed a former teammate’s son greeting Big Diesel in a unique way. Just like in the recently surfaced video, someone smacks Shaq on the head; except he doesn’t seem to laugh it off this time.

As a father of six, Shaq must surely be used to catching stray hands. After all, stopping children is a job that often puts parents in the line of fire. However, when it’s someone else’s child? That’s a whole different situation.

In the clip, the Big Aristotle is seen standing next to a young boy. Randomly, the child starts laughing. And then you see the ball in his hand. It was clear from the video that the Los Angeles Lakers legend wasn’t expecting the ball to strike him in the head when it did.

  He wasn’t the only one who was shocked by the event; everyone else at the scene was as well. Big Diesel’s response to the hit, however, surprised the child and the viewers. He grabbed the kid who is half his size and held him upside down as the kid laughed.

The video was captioned, “Shaq forgot that was a kid for a sec.”

While it was clearly a playful gesture by the four-time NBA champion, the viewers found his revenge act quite hilarious. The comments section was filled with laughter emojis and memes. Another big moment was when Shaq got punched in the face on live television.
