You have to be an Academy and Emmy Award-winning, official titleholder of the Most Beautiful Woman, one of the Most Powerful Women, and the baddest warrior out of Wakanda to earn that honor. One A-Lister is the originator of the list. That’s none other than the fabulous Lupita Nyong’o, who has Shaq swooning.

Like any sane fan of this queen, Shaq flaunted their rendezvous on Instagram. He had the most righteous caption to accompany it. “whatever question @lupitanyongo asks me, the answer is HELL YES #OMG #WOW.” We totally get it, big man.

The 5’5″ superstar only makes it to his chest, but her bright smile indicates the 7’1″ jokester cracked the most hilarious joke. He was supposed to be working, though.

The photo is from the Las Vegas Grand Prix that took place on November 19. Attended by celebrities like Brad Pitt, Rihanna, Gordon Ramsay, and Lupita Nyong’o, among others, Shaq was hosting the party for the inaugural Vegas F1 event at Club SI with David Beckham.

When we were watching the Oscars ‘Slap-gate,’ Shaquille O’Neal’s eyes were observing the important stuff. Said important stuff is also known as Lupita Nyong’o. Or, as Shaq phrased it, “the beautiful girl sitting behind Will [Smith].” 

Only Nyong’o could distract from the moment Will Smith slapped Chris Rock. Shaq confirmed on his podcast he was mesmerized. “Who’s the beautiful girl sitting behind Will? Was that the girl from Black Panther? Cause I was like, she looked like a queen,” he said.

Shortly after her Las Vegas appearance, Nyong’o confirmed her relationship with Joshua Jackson. Is Shaq’s well-timed pledge of allegiance to his ‘queen’ connected to that? We need Lupita Nyong’o’s response to her new giant subject. We already know what Shaq’s answer to whatever she says will be.
