Michael Jordan’s Highland Park home vs the historic United Center

The United Center stands as a colossal testament to all the Bulls players who dazzled the basketball enthusiasts. It is one of the largest indoor arenas in the NBA. The arena also houses the Jordan statue, which was made in 1994. In 2017, it was shifted inside within an atrium. The arena has a capacity of around 21,000 people. On the other hand, the Bulls legend’s Highland Park estate stands as a distinctive landmark in the Chicago real estate landscape, making it a subject of fascination and awe for enthusiasts and spectators alike.

Recently, an X post by “Chicago Urbanist” shared a picture of Jordan’s Highland Park superimposed on the United Center. Here is the post, in case you missed it.

Both places are unique in their own. While one holds significance to the legend’s playing time, another reflects his massive power in the business world.  The property’s design has significant elements of Jordan’s life and career infused in it. This is also one of the reasons why the mansion remains unsellable.

Did Michael Jordan lower the price of his $14.85 million property?

The richest NBA athlete with $3.5 billion worth ensured that the mansion has every lavish facility available. From tennis to a stunning basketball court, the mansion sprawled across 56,000 sq ft has every feature reminiscent of Jordan’s rich legacy.

Despite being on the market since 2012, there has been no seller for the house. Despite multiple price reductions, the result remains unchanged. It would be hard to sell unless the buyer seeks to have a fondness for ex-Chicago Bulls player’s history. Did you know about this? Let us know in the comments section below.
