Stephen A Smith Is Drowning in Quick Sand and Shaquille O’Neal Is Enjoying, Claims Former ESPN Employee

Shaquille O’Neal recently touched on the beef between Stephen A. Smith and Jason Whitlock. The two sportscasters have been going at each other directly and indirectly for a while now. So far, multiple celebrities have talked about the whole ordeal. Recently, it has gotten the attention of Big Diesel as well. After Shaq shared his take on the issue via his podcast, Whitlock reacted to it through his. The ex-ESPN employee stated that the 4x NBA champion indirectly took shots at Smith for his name-calling.
Notably, the Los Angeles Lakers legend noted that he wouldn’t use expletives even though sometimes he desires to because his mother is a “church-going lady”. Whitlock noted that Shaq politely took a shot at SAS with this statement. However, he did not stop there. The Hall of Famer also said that Smith’s name-calling was funny and Whitlock had an interesting argument as to why O’Neal’s statements were in his favor.
Jason Whitlock explained , “Shaq also wanted to let me know and let everybody know that this is funny. And this dude calling Whitlock fat ba***rd is funny and he’s like, ‘I’m going to get back and enjoy it when Whitlock responds’.”

Whitlock added, “This is probably my bias: I think Shaq and many others know that Stephen A. Smith is in over his head, knows that he’s drowning in quicksand, and is thoroughly, thoroughly enjoying Stephen A. Smith fighting well outside his physical weight class and intellectual weight class.”
Jason Whitlock made it clear that he was going to continue to “bury” Stephen A. Smith because he had to be exposed. He finished it by thanking O’Neal for his comments. The whole ordeal began with Whitlock claiming that Smith had falsified his autobiography. Apart from Shaq, several notable figures have shared their take on the feud.

NBA veterans Matt Barnes and Stephen Jackson recently talked about the beef between Stephen A. Smith and Jason Whitlock during an episode of their All The Smoke podcast. Barnes was not a fan of Whitlock and he made it clear by pointing out one of Michelle Obama’s quotes that captures the essence of the issue.
Jackson also took Smith’s side in the whole ordeal. He noted that SAS was disagreeing while Whitlock was “hating”. However, he was glad the feud happened because it would help people see the difference between disagreeing and hating.
