The celebrations seem to have no end in the Dwyane Wade household. Days after being honored by the Miami Heat, the 3x champion celebrated his 42nd birthday in style at the place he once called home. Despite most of the attention being on Wade, and understandably so, it was his wife, Gabrielle Union, who had heads turning at the party. To say she was looking gorgeous would be an understatement.

Union’s red attire indeed captivated everyone in the room as well as her followers on social media. Adorned in the most stunning red dress, she looked effortlessly breathtaking. She shared a few glimpses on Instagram with an intriguing caption. She wrote, “Not a mood more like a whole experience.”

Gab also had a special message for her followers on the third slide of the post. The message read, “I prefer my stories long and dresses short.” While one of the fans called her Barbie and wrote, “She’s literally like a Barbie doll, LIKE WHATTT,” another wrote, “Imagine looking like you were 20 forever. You are gorgeous ma’am.”

This post came hours after Union shared a heartfelt post for her husband where she wrote, “You are a gift to me, your family and everyone you encounter. Your purpose is rooted in the divine. May the blessings on blessings rain down on you. Love you Bay 🥂to 42.”

It seems like people have forgotten that it was Wade’s birthday as they continued to pour in praise for the actress. The birthday bash included Grammy-nominated rapper Rick Ross, who promoted the Luc Belaire sparkling wine and champagne brand. However, it all fell flat in front of the 51-year-old actress.

Just like her attire, Wade’s birthday bash at Wade County was also iconic as it should be. After all, the Wade family had more than one reason to celebrate.

New Year added another feather to Dwyane Wade’s accolade list

After the 3x NBA champion was inducted into the Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame last year, there has been a string of big and small moments for the family to celebrate. While the actress’ latest Netflix movie, The Perfect Find, saw immense success, Wade’s production company also got recognition for ‘The Dads‘ and more. 

Recently, the Miami Heat announced that the champ’s legacy will immortalized with an 8-ft. statue. Team president Pat Riley announced that a bronze statue of Wade will be put up outside of the Kaseya Center this year. Furthermore, his all-new podcast, ‘The Why with Dwyane Wade’ has just released its first episode for the listeners.
