The Big Aristotle is much healthier now. After struggling with sleep apnea, O’Neal made a massive change in his diet. While focusing on his water intake will be helpful, the 4x NBA champion is now a healthy man. He has also undergone new therapy to address his neck issues, which have been troubling him for quite a while.
The Fascia Institute and Treatment Center recently shared a photo of O’Neal at their facility. This special post mentioned that he has undergone a Hydrofascial Release. This treatment aimed at improving his neck mobility. As per the post, the 4x champion found much relief after just one session.
This advanced therapy session targets areas of tightness in the body’s connective tissue that usually restrict movement and cause pain. These issues reduce overall mobility and athletic performance. Just a few months ago, he openly complained about the difficulty he faces in moving his neck.

He made the confession in an episode of The Big Podcast. The guest on that segment, who is quite strict about his diet, was just as shocked as you are. “The first thing I do when I wake up in the morning is drink 8 ounces of water… I don’t drink any orange juice, man. Too much sugar in it,” he shared. He drinks 8 ounces of water every day. O’Neal will surely need to change his routine a bit.
