The Head of Modern Collectables Brahm Wachter labelled the collection the “Mona Lisa of the Sneaker collecting and sports memorabilia communities.” No wonder that’s what it’s being called as the collection includes sneakers from each of his 6 championship victories.
It won’t be surprising to watch the collection meet the expectations and fetch $10 million. However, it would be interesting if it could surpass Jordan and Nike’s 2022 success. His 1998 NBA Finals Game 1 jersey fetched an astounding $10.1 million at Sotheby’s. The record is still held by the champion.

The jersey’s value is tied to Jordan’s extraordinary performance in Game 1, where he scored 33 points for the Chicago Bulls while they lost to the Utah Jazz. Despite the loss in Game 1, Jordan led the Bulls to their third consecutive NBA championship and sixth in eight years.
