However, one quote, where she admits uncertainty about whether she truly loved Shaq, has caught fans’ attention. NFL legend Shannon Sharpe also highlighted the statement in his show, The Nightcap. He believes that Shaunie shouldn’t have written that about Shaq in her memoir because he is the father of her kids.
He said, “Shaunie can write whatever she want I don’t like I said I’ve never met Shaunie I don’t know her I don’t I don’t I don’t trash people but I just all things being said I wish she hadn’t said that.” He further added, “I do yeah because you do realize you do realize that’s the father of your kids you just told your kids I’m not so sure I was ever in love with your father but is it is it okay.”
