Kevin Garnett endorses an important take

Jay-Z, Damon Dash, and Kareem Burke are the co-founders of Roc-A-Fella. Notably, Jay-Z and Damon Dash parted ways because of internal issues. Their split up, and the lawsuits were a major topic of discussion in the music industry last year. After the two split up, Damon multiple times opened up about the whole ordeal. He recently made an appearance on the show Assets Over Liabilities.

During the sit-down, he talked about the importance of making changes to the system. He stated that the Head of the Senate in 1930 was someone who was from a specific clan. Damon said, “So that means all those laws that were passed were passed by somebody that was trying to enslave us since then. But before that, think about it.”

He added, “So all these laws that were passed by people that had slaves need to be erased. They should be canceled. So,?we need to start from scratch. That’s logical.”

Damon noted that especially in this day and age, things have to be changed. Kevin Garnett shared the video clip of this speech on his Instagram story for his followers to watch with the caption, “Was feeling what Dame saying ???” The 2008 NBA champion apparently resonates with Dash’s views.
