Signing with WME and turning 42, June 2024, has been quite a month for La La Anthony. To celebrate the occasion, a series of stars from different walks of life have extended their best wishes to the ‘Power’ star on her special day. Gabrielle Union Wade, Vanessa Bryant, and Kim Kardashian, among others, made the prominent names in heartfelt celebrations.

Fellow actress Gabrielle took to her Instagram story to share a photo with La La, captioning, “Happy Birthday to my Day 1 @lala I LOVE YOUUUUUUU!!! You deserve all the good things.” Notably, the two’s connection extends before and beyond Dwyane Wade and Carmelo Anthony.

Gabrielle and La La met on the sets of “Two Can Play That Game” when La La was only 19. Union says the two clicked right away and have been tight-knit ever since. Starring in a movie together (The Perfect Find), being on a panel to openly discuss grappling against being tagged ‘basketball wives,’ and stunning at premiers hand in hand, the two have come a long way. But Union wouldn’t be the only one to have felt the treasured warmth.

Yet another close friend to share a dedicated birthday post for the recently turned 42 was Kim Kardashian. “Happy Birthday to my bestie @lala ! U really are the best friend a girl could ask for. Not sure how you do it but you always seem to answer the phone no matter what hour it is and I will ALWAYS do the same for you…” she wrote in the caption.

As per the reports, La La and Kim have been friends from the initial phases of their career. From bouncing business ideas off each other to going on family vacations together on whim and being present during splits, the two have come to call each other ‘best friends’.

Judging by the love that followed below the post and on other pages of the gram, seems like La La has been a rather reliant force in lives of numerous. 

La La Anthony on the receiving end of endless love

Vanessa Bryant and La La Anthony’s has been another dynamic that is gushed over in the circle. Their meet ups majorly engulf laughter and upliftment Anthony reveals. “That’s just what our friendship is! We laugh, we talk smack, we make jokes… and just uplifting as much as we possibly can,” she had said previously. It thus seems only natural of Vanessa to dedicate an entire post for the 42-year-old.

“Happy birthday @lala !!!! I love you so much! Thank you for always being there for US. I will always be there for you and Kiyan…” read the caption to the post.

Amid all of this, the ‘Power’ star’s closest person in the world, her son, Kiyan Anthony, too, extended a birthday wish for his mother. “happy birthday momma luv… got you forever,” Kiyan captioned his IG story featuring him and La La.

Further along, Khloé Kardashian, Allison Statter, Ciara, and hundreds more stood to attest the “best soul,” La La Anthony has been. Turning 42, looks like love is no scarce for the ‘Power’ star.
