Eric Bledsoe was in the controversy once again, and all aspects of his life came back running into the media space. The former NBA star was arrested in June 2025 after he allegedly struck a woman in the face. The incident has not only brought past allegations of domestic violence against him into spotlight but also the women who have been in his life.
Bledsoe is presently in a relationship with Briona Mae, who also once alleged domestic violence against Eric. However, even before her, there was someone else in the ex-NBA star’s life– his ex-wife, Morgan Poole, who was back in discussion, stirring up yet another controversy. So let’s have a closer look at the past, lesser-known family life of the ex-Milwaukee Bucks star.

Who is Eric Bledsoe’s ex-wife Morgan Poole: a quick recap of their marriage
Before NBA lights and cameras became a part of her world, Morgan Poole was just a young woman growing up in Alabama—and that’s exactly where her story with Eric Bledsoe began. The two were high school sweethearts, building a connection that would eventually lead to marriage. As Bledsoe once said, they had been “dating since high school,” and that early bond set the foundation for everything that followed.
While Morgan has mostly kept her early years and family life away from the spotlight, she carved her own path in the beauty world. Her passion for hairstyling eventually led her to start her own business—More by Morgan—a hair-extension brand she launched in Arizona back in 2017. Their relationship wasn’t just about longevity—it was also about love and shared milestones. Bledsoe popped the question in August 2016, and the couple tied the knot the following summer, on July 1, 2017.

The ceremony was held in Birmingham, Alabama, Bledsoe’s hometown, and it wasn’t your average wedding. His former Kentucky teammates John Wall and DeMarcus Cousins were part of the celebration as groomsmen, and a handful of NBA names were reportedly in attendance. By then, the couple had already welcomed two children, which made the day even more special. As Bledsoe once put it, “having two beautiful kids on top of that was icing on the cake.”

During their marriage, Eric Bledsoe and Morgan Poole became a family of five. They share three children—daughter Eriauna and sons Ethan and Emory. ESPN once mentioned that Eriauna was 7 and Ethan was 3 back in 2019, so they’d be around 13 and 9 now. Emory joined the crew a bit later, likely between 2018 and 2019. The whole family even moved with Eric in 2018 when he joined the Milwaukee Bucks—proof that they were all in it together. However, not all stories go the distance. After three years of marriage, things came to an end. Their divorce was finalized sometime around 2020 or 2021, with both choosing to keep the details private.

Life After Divorce and Current Status
Life after a high-profile split can go in many directions, but for Morgan Poole and Eric Bledsoe, it’s been about growth, peace, and putting their children first. Since parting ways, both have stepped into new chapters. Eric, for his part, found companionship again when he started dating model Briona Mae in late 2021. Morgan, on the other hand, turned her focus inward—channeling her energy into her own life and embracing co-parenting head-on.
One thing she’s made crystal clear through both interviews and her social media? She would never stand in the way of her kids having a relationship with their father. That commitment to peaceful co-parenting seems to be a guiding principle in how she’s navigating this new stage of life.

While the spotlight has touched their family, Morgan has been intentional about keeping her kids out of the tabloids. A few photos do make it to Instagram now and then, but otherwise, she’s worked hard to give them a normal, grounded upbringing. In the years since the divorce, Morgan has leaned heavily into self-improvement and stability for her kids. As highlighted on the VH1 show, she is determined to provide her children a happy, and stable life and is seeking a fresh start after her divorce. Off-screen, she’s still managing her hair-extension business and letting fans into her world through social media snapshots.
Interestingly, some of her professional profiles have listed her as Poole Tillman, suggesting she may have remarried or entered a new relationship—though she’s kept that part of her life under wraps. What’s clear is that Morgan Poole is building something meaningful: a life focused on motherhood, entrepreneurship, and healing.
