Dwight Howard may not have won DWTS, but he won people’s hearts for sure. With former DWTS winner Danielle Karagach as his dance partner, the legend showed his best. However, this wasn’t his first experience in a dance face-off or competition, nor was it his first loss. Years before, during his rookie days, he battled against his current rival in a dance competition. And he faced a loss that time as well.

A nostalgic clip has recently resurfaced on the internet. Do you remember Shaquille O’Neal giving a tough time to LeBron James in a dance face-off? In this extended clip, we see Howard battling against the basketball legend next. Well, in case you’re wondering, O’Neal had already defeated James with his swift and accurate moves.

And then, when it came to Howard, he elevated his skills to a higher level. However, the former Orlando Magic star also had some impressive skills. The two showed their quick moves while roasting each other. However, the Lakers legend quickly brought it to a close with his ultimate dance move. Have you seen this clip before?

Both O’Neal and Howard are talented players who have dance skills in them as well. The Big Aristotle often shows his quick moves on his TikTok or Instagram handle. Meanwhile, Howard survived on Dancing With the Stars until the semifinals. That is a huge feat!

So, at least when it comes to dance, we know who the winner is. But there’s no answer when it comes to the game. Just recently, Howard had challenged O’Neal to a boxing bout.

Shauquille O’Neal refused Dwight Howard’s offer

Influenced by Jake Paul and Mike Tyson’s bout, the Los Angeles Lakers legend decided to organize another event, which will see the NFL battle against the NBA. This might be a very interesting matchup however it is yet to be confirmed. And just around this time, he received an even more interesting offer from Howard for a boxing bout.

“Shaq wassup, let’s make bread,” Howard wrote on social media along with a boxing glove emoji. The two had been beefing over the “Superman” title. Both were drafted by the Orlando Magic as No. 1 pick but at different times. And both were nicknamed the same “Superman” by fans.

While Shaq claims Howard stole his nickname, the latter denies it, saying that it was given by fans. This feuding has probably been going on for longer than we know. In response to Howard’s request, O’Neal refused the bout, saying that he doesn’t have enough credentials. “Gotta have more than one ring to get in the ring with me, I’ll stick with a real champion like @RobGronkowski, and you can have the Superman belt, all yours buddy,” O’Neal hit back. This will likely continue for a while.
