Kevin Garnett talks about the power of grace in Ballet

In the most recent installment of ‘KG Certified,‘ Garnett was joined by basketball Hall of Famer Spencer Haywood. While the two exchanged a plethora of insights about their respective careers, the discussion became particularly intriguing when the Big Ticket revealed a secret to enhance an athlete’s core strength and balance.

Expressing his disappointment about how this aspect of athleticism is now often overlooked, he shared, “Most people in the hood are not doing ballet… They don’t know the meaning of ballet and how it translates to raw talent in a physical specimen.”
