Shaquille O’Neal’s sense of humor is very well-known to all. And the 4x NBA champion can deliver even after supposedly being hurt. Appearing on an episode of NBA TNT’s pregame show, Shaq displayed something similar after not making Candace Parker’s all-time starting five list.

The ex-LA Lakers icon hilariously avoided Candace by hiding his face with a sheet of paper. I’m hurt, my girl, Candace, he said while doing so. This happened after the “Damn it, no Shaq” remark on Candace’s all-time starting five lists. The list included Michael Jordan, Kobe Bryant, Stephen Curry, LeBron James, and Kevin Garnett.

Speaking on Kevin Garnett making it to the list, Shaquille O’Neal mentioned, He is not even a center”. However, Parker said he does not have to be a center because, in her game, it’s position-less basketball. However, when asked what went into Candace picking the five names, Candace had no clear answer. “That was like my five. I don’t know,” she said.

Though the Las Vegas Aces’ star did try to justify that Shaquille O’Neal picked a million GOATs, she denied being upset with him because Shaq picked a GOAT over her. “It’s nothing personal. I didn’t put up a sheet of paper between us,” she said.

However, Shaquille O’Neal was done with his humorous take on the list. He started fake-sobbing in a rib-tickling way. “Bobby! Candace didn’t pick me. Mickey! Give me some tissue,” he said while doing so. This proves once again that no matter the circumstances, Shaq does not fail to be the entertainer he is.
