The bright young talent and the heir to King James’s legacy suffered a life-threatening cardiac arrest while he was on the court. Bronny, who is one of the best basketball talents of his generation was taken to the hospital by the USC staff.

In an official statement, it was said that Bronny suffered from cardiac arrest. The good news is that the 18-year-old is doing well now and is out of critical care. NBA insider for ‘The Athletic’, Shams Charania, posted the statement on his social media and it caught the attention of everyone.

The breaking news has left everyone in disbelief. Among them was Shareef, who found himself at a loss for words as he commented “No no” under the post by Charania on Instagram. The G League power forward and Bronny have been good friends for a long time and therefore it must’ve been particularly difficult for Shareef to deal with the news.
