Undoubtedly, the best duo in the league right now is that of LeBron James and Anthony Davis. The Los Angeles Lakers’ superstars showed up big time during the entire postseason run and ended their 10-year-long championship dry spell.

If it wasn’t for their incredible chemistry, who knows how long the Lakers would have had to live without a title.

In an interview with Anthony Davis, he was asked how would he rank his partnership with LeBron if he plays with the Lakers longer. Davis stated, “I don’t know. I mean, he’s definitely a great compliment to my game and I’m a great compliment to his.

“We have done something special in our first year together. So, who knows? I mean you always hear the media saying that we’re the best right now.

“But some of the great duo’s have multiple championships under their belt and they’re playing with each other for quite some time.

“So, who knows, we continue to be able to play alongside each other, who knows we [Bron and Ad] can definitely be up there for sure.”

The Lakers are in the midst of a serious rejig this offseason. However, as long as Davis and LeBron are playing together, the Lakers will continue to be one of the top championship-contenders.
