Golden State Warriors forward Draymond Green had basketball fans divided after making a bold statement a few days ago. During an interview, Green stated he is the best defender of all-time.

Few players have backed him up on this. And there have been others who are not completely in agreement. But Draymond does not care about what his critics think. On his Instagram story, Draymond shared a fan account post along with a caption, “F*ck anybody that think differently.”

There are two videos in that post he shared. The first one is where he talks about LeBron James. He says that LeBron was shy to call himself the best for many years and since he did that after the 2016 NBA title win, he has been playing like he is the best of all time.

The next video is a recent one, where Green explains why he says he is the best. It is about the mindset of being the best which helps him to be the best at what he does. The first video is an older interview, that proves this has been Draymond’s mindset for a few years now.

Warriors star Draymond Green does not care

That post on Instagram showed that critics don’t bother Draymond. And he is also not shy to call out his critics, unlike some other players.

When the quote about Draymond calling himself the best defender came up on Twitter, former NBA champion Tony Allen wasn’t pleased. He had a back and forth with Draymond on it on the app later.
