Following his third bucket of the night, LeBron passed Hall of Famer Wilt Chamberlain to move to number three on the all-time field goals made list. Only Karl Malone and Kareem Abdul-Jabbar have more field goals made than him. Kareem is still some distance away, but he could potentially overtake Malone by the end of the season.

Before this game, LeBron needed just three buckets to overtake Wilt. He took control of the game from the start and looked like he was in a hurry to get it done. LeBron reached this milestone after scoring a smooth layup through the crowded Nuggets paint.

LeBron James: One of the best of all-time

After entering the league as an 18-year-old straight out of high school, LeBron has had a legendary career so far. Last season, in Year 17 of his career, he led the Lakers to a title, ending their decade of silverware drought. With that, he proved that age is just a number for him, and this season, he is continuing that form.

Currently, he is averaging 25 points, 7.7 rebounds, and 7.5 assists per game, reminding the league that he is still an all-round genius. He is still not done, despite being 36, and is in fact much fitter than most of the league. He can easily play a few more years at an MVP level, possibly getting a title or two more for the Lakers.

With Anthony Davis, LeBron has formed a deadly partnership at Los Angeles. At their best, this duo can take down teams by themselves, and they showed that last season.
