Last night, the world lost one of its finest actors. Chadwick Boseman passed away after suffering from colon cancer for four years. Boseman was one of the biggest fans of the NBA and was a regular to All-Star games. His demise has deeply affected players across the league and many have expressed their grief online.

When Boseman lit up the NBA All-Star week
During the 2015 All-Star week, Boseman participated in the Celebrity All-Star game. He played for the East team alongside comedian Kevin Hart but ended up on the losing side, as the West took the game 59-51.
But Boseman’s most famous All-Star week appearance was back in 2018. He not only attended the Dunk Contest but also helped Oladipo with his dunk. He gave Dipo the mask and then did the famous Black Panther pose with the Pacers guard, as he encouraged him for the dunk. Then in the 2020 Dunk Contest, he returned as a judge.
Boseman was most famous for playing T’Challa, in the “Black Panther” movie as well as the other Marvel movies. He was also well known for his portrayal of Jackie Robinson in “42”, and in one of the saddest ironies of this cruel world, he passed away on Jackie Robinson day.
He leaves behind many movies and memories for his fans to cherish, as they remember not just an on-screen but also an off-screen warrior.
