How the Boston Celtics can cope without Gordon Hayward on the team
The Celtics had a wonderful run in 2020, where they reached all the way till the conference finals. Jayson Tatum and Jaylen Brown showcased their talents on the big stage, and the franchise will be looking to repeat their success in 2021 as well. However, they faced a landslide when Gordon Hayward left for the Hornets on a massive four-year deal. This was a huge blow, but the franchise can effectively cope without him.
The Boston Celtics made a move to replace Hayward by bringing in Tristan Thompson from the Cleveland Cavaliers. Thompson can fill in for Hayward and can be an effective replacement coming off the bench.
