

Andre Iguodala found his way inside the Miami Heat team in February this year. The former Warriors player who won three NBA championships with the Bay team addressed the media recently and had an intriguing take on the leadership abilities of Steph Curry and Jimmy Butler.
Iguodala had played less than fifteen games for the Heat when the season came to a halt. However, in his brief time with the team, the swingman has a good regard for Jimmy Butler. Butler moved from the Sixers and joined the Heat during the 2019 offseason.
Butler won the NBA Most Improved Player Award in 2015 when he burst onto the scene in his fourth year with the Chicago Bulls. From then until now, the 6’7” guard has impressed the league and has earned his place in five all-star games.

In the NBA, the stand-out players have a lot of similarities. There are certain qualities that push them to become great. According to Andre Iguodala, Steph Curry and Jimmy Butler have come a long way from what they were labeled to become.

When Steph Curry entered the NBA, he certainly wasn’t projected to become the great player that he is now. Carrying all the adversity, the two-time MVP rose to the occasion and is now one of the best shooters in NBA history.

Sinking epic three’s and winning NBA championships became a frequent occurring for Curry in recent years. However, the team noticed a massive reality check as they currently hold the worst record in the league.
Miami Heat, on the other hand, has been an exciting team building up to be Eastern Conference contenders. Jimmy Butler has settled in well in his first year with the team and has formed a rocking partnership with 22-year-old Bam Adebayo. As the season restarts, the Heat would look pose a massive threat to the top three in the east.
