Game 6 between LA Clippers and Denver Nuggets was disappointing for all those who desire to watch the Clippers vs Lakers in the conference finals. The chances of a faceoff b/w Kawhi Leonard and LeBron James now seem to be vanishing into thin air. The way the Clippers just gave away this important game has given an opportunity for NBA pundits to speak low of them.
For the Nuggets, Nikola Jokic did wonders by leading the scoreboard on every front as he dropped 34 points, 14 rebs, and 7 assists. The way they bounced back from a 19-point deficit in the third quarter to win by a 13-point margin made them a game 7 favorite.

Predictions are setting the tone for a LA Clippers loss!
The Nuggets have done wonders in the NBA Playoffs 2020 by bouncing back from 1-3 down in both the series. They also have made an NBA record to play back-to-back four 7-game series (last year against Spurs and Blazers). If the Clippers actually fall flat in the decider, the Lakers will face Nuggets. Now that sounds like easy prey for an extremely dangerous Lakers.
A Sports Columnist wrote, “CONGRATS, LEBRON: Looks like you just won your 4th championship.”
CONGRATS, LEBRON: Looks like you just won your 4th championship. The Nuggets have now seized control of this series. Playing harder, making EVERY SHOT. So now, Bron, you get to beat the Nuggets and the Heat-Celts winner. CAKEWALK.

Now, the teams that could actually pose a big threat to the Lakers are losing to the ones that are nowhere as good as Lakers according to popular beliefs. There sure can be exceptions, but it really looks like an easier path for the Lakers here on.

LeBron James and his side have enough positives to fall back on!
The Celtics surely have a great trio in Kemba Walker, Jayson Tatum, and Jaylen Brown. They did what they did in the bubble without Gordon Hayward, and that’s commendable.
On the other hand, the Miami Heat swept the Pacers 4-0 and then defeated the NBA final prospect, Milwaukee Bucks, in a dominant fashion. Still, are they prepared enough to face Bron and Anthony Davis?

The Lakers have only seen their graph going upwards ever since they’ve invested their energy in the bubble. They now have Rajon Rondo back in the squad and also a performing bench.

The team is doing fabulous in terms of defense, and there is not much that’s worrisome for Frank Vogel. So if the Lakers choke from here, it will be the biggest surprise for everyone involved.
