The Los Angeles Lakers held their first practice inside the Orlando bubble. As the team got together to engage in their first bubble session, two of the Lakers players were missing from practice.

Two-time NBA champion Danny Green and 8x All-Star Dwight Howard didn’t appear to be practicing with the unit which seemed to have raised questions. However, as per Bill Oram of The Athletic, both players were unavailable to participate due to technical glitches in the testing process.

Furthermore, Tania Ganguly of the Los Angeles Times gave a deeper clarification to the matter as she tweeted this:

“To clarify on the Lakers’ testing situation, Dwight Howard needs an extra test because he did not travel with the team so that’s why he was not available today. Danny Green’s test had an error and there should be more clarity on his situation later tonight,” she wrote.

The team definitely requires the services of veteran Dwight Howard and an experienced shooter like Danny Green. As soon as the situation resolves, the pair will be back in training with the rest of the Lakers squad.

Los Angeles Lakers look strong ahead of season’s restart

The Lakers undoubtedly entered the bubble as one of the favorites to lift the championship this season. The team is looking well balanced and the inclusion of J. R. Smith might just prove to be a valuable move.

LeBron James is fired up more than ever. King James wants to win it all. To put behind last season’s woes, LeBron aims to win his fourth NBA title along with the two possible MVP awards. The 35-year-old has proved that he is capable of achieving it. Thus, there can be no doubts if he still can.

Playing in his 17th year, LeBron was leading the league is assists prior to the suspension. His connection with Anthony Davis has been a delightful experience for Laker fans. Moreover, veteran Rajon Rono has trimmed his body and looks physically unstoppable

When they take it out on the court in Orlando, one can expect the Los Angeles Lakers to unleash their wrath upon their opponents. The current leaders in the West can certainly clinch their 17th NBA championship if things don’t go haywire and if the players chip in with their contributions perfectly.
