LeBron James has been in the NBA for 17 years now. He is now entering year 18 and is still arguably the best player in the league. This dominance from the King for so many years is just astonishing.
LaVar Ball doesn’t seem too shocked to see this prolonged dominance by LBJ. On Shannon Sharpe’s Club Shay Shay, Ball said, “He is built. That boy came in the game strong and heavy. he durable, he ain’t a little lightweight 205-215-210 no. He can take that contact that running, he can do it all, and he’s old, but he is young… LeBron ain’t a little skinny thing that you’re running into him and he gets hurt. Durant and Klay, they are not built like him so everybody is shocked.”
Ball also spoke about how the strongest players end up being the best. He said, “Whoever is the strongest in the league going to do the best. That’s why when Wilt did his thing he was the strongest in the league. When Shaq did his thing strongest in the league. Best two-guard was Dwyane Wade for me because he the strongest two-guard. Best point guard was D Rose back when he was good, he was powerful, anybody powerful in their position is usually going to be the best.”

LeBron James was frustrated, to say the least, when the NBA announced the dates for the new season. Given this incredibly short break, the 2020-21 season might be the toughest one so far for LBJ. The games will also come thick and fast next season, just like the playoffs of last season. With so little time to rest, one might see LeBron following a load management program.
