Former New York Knicks player JR Smith seems to be frustrated with US President Donald Trump.

Trump tweeted on Saturday urging media persons to avoid spreading fake news during the time of the pandemic.

“So much of the Lamestream Media is writing and broadcasting stories with facts that are made up and knowingly wrong. They are doing it by quoting unnamed sources that simply do not exist. These are very dangerous & corrupt people, who will do anything to win. NAME YOUR SOURCES!” the tweet read.

Smith was quick to show his frustration over the president of the United States of America tweeting, “Man shut up! An do something! F**king clown.”

JR Smith has previously played for New York Knicks

Smith, 34, is currently a free agent in the National Basketball Association. He last played for Cleveland Cavaliers of the Eastern Conference. He was a part of the Cavaliers side that won the Championship in 2016 on the back of LeBron James.

Smith started his NBA career in 2004 with New Orleans Hornets (currently Charlotte Hornets). Two years later, he moved to Denver Nuggets where he played for five seasons. Later, Smith played in the Chinese league for a year with Zhejiang Golden Bulls. During his short stint in China, Smith became an All-Star there and became their scoring champion.
