When Wade was still playing for his university, the security at the Bradley center allowed him in without a ticket for a game between Milwaukee Bucks and Toronto Raptors. One thing that Wade wanted to watch was Carter’s pre-game workout where, Wade said, he would put up a dunk show. “2000-2001 I am in Marquette university. My team went on a roll and the Milwaukee Bucks were playing the Toronto Raptors. I didn’t have the ticket to the game. But I decided to go to the arena and hoped that the security who worked at our game, because we played at the Bradley Center as well, would let me in. They did!” Wade said in an appearance on NBA on TNT, “They let me in and I was sitting up there with retired jerseys. But I got there early because Vince Carter was famous for his pre-game workouts.
