This definitely wasn’t the season for the Golden State Warriors. They finished last in the Western Conference but are still very much considered to be the main contenders for next season. The Warriors had played a historic game with Oklahoma City Thunder in the 2016 NBA playoffs. This game is quite iconic because of how Thunder blew their 3-1 lead against the Warriors. To date, you see people talking about it, including Kevin Durant and Roosh Williams.

A flow of replies followed after Roosh posted this tweet saying, “It still blows my mind to think of how different the NBA landscape would be today if the Thunder didn’t blow a 3-1 lead to Golden State in 2016”. To which Durant surprisingly said,” Still?”

Roosh explained, “Definitely. So many legacies change. The Warriors dynasty. You and Russ in OKC potentially beating Lebron and winning it all. Many things change.” At this point, Durant got philosophical and said, “There’s a lot of things in history that would be different if you just changed something.”

Roosh didn’t back down, seemingly still unable to get over the ‘What if’. “Of course. And it’s interesting to think about, right? I know you’ve sat around before and thought about a crazy moment in history and how things would change if that moment hadn’t happened,” said Roosh.
Durant denied the statement and said, “Nah because it’s a pointless exercise that’ll only confuse the mind. Reality is what it is”.

There was no way that Roosh wouldn’t pitch the Rockets when an opportunity presented itself. Tagging the Rockets, he said, “Kevin — I propose you consider bringing your talents to the Houston Rockets and finish your story full circle with a trophy next to Russ and James one time for the history books”

A user even tagged Durant and tweeted, “When KD tweet back at people who still mad”. Durant hilariously responded to this by saying, “Its why I still have twitter…they want me to act professional on the internet. No, I won’t lol”
