Kevin Durant is an ice-cold killer. The 6’10” forward shows no mercy when he faces his rivals on the court. We have seen evidence of it several times in his career. But is Durant the same person off-the-court? Does he ignore the critics or respond right in the face of the people who call him out on social media?

Durant’s Instagram account is named “easymoneysniper.” What does it mean though? However, we are not going to crack that code here. Instead, let us have a look into the savage reply made my KD to an Instagram page, when they tried to trigger the two-time Finals MVP.

A page called NBA Buzz posted a photo of KD on Saturday to update fans about Durant’s signing date with the Golden State Warriors on July 4th, 2016. It has been four years since KD agreed to join the Warriors, a stint that earned him two NBA titles. But the fan account did not stop with providing the update. They wanted to flood the comments section so they added a statement requesting fans to drop in their opinion.

Kevin Durant responds in the most cold-blooded way to a post mocking his title run

KD is KD, isn’t he? He is just so unique that you just don’t stumble upon guys like him often. The man knows his responsibilities and he performs them with excellence on the court. His off-court social media activities and his replies raise the roof as well.

The NBA Buzz page posted the Durant update and beneath the caption wrote, “TRUE or FALSE: Dirk Nowitzki and Dallas’ 2011 championship run was more valuable than both of KD’s rings.”

This certainly did not sit well with Kevin Durant and he hit right back at them. “Wipe your tears,” KD commented, which drew the attention of everyone. The page even took a screenshot of Durant’s comment and published it as a separate post.

Now we aren’t going to discuss if Kevin Durant did the right move by leaving OKC in 2016. Many fans developed a dislike towards the current Brooklyn Nets star when he announced his decision to leave the Thunder and join the Warriors in 2016. They felt he was making an easy-move to a team that were already champions and were on the verge of repeating it.

While there have been so many discussions around this topic, here is another thought for your mind. Do you really think the 2011 title run of the Dallas Mavericks is more valuable than the Warriors’ back-to-back triumphs?
