The citizens of the United States of America are strongly taking a stand against racism and police brutality. While there have been massive protests to give the people of color the rights they deserve, a few acts of racism is still prevalent in the society. Bubba Wallace, the NASCAR driver, recently faced a threat and Lakers players Kyle Kuzma and LeBron James rushed to his support.

While LeBron James and several other athletes have been fighting tediously to obtain equality, some people are still displaying their hatred in terrible ways.

Bubba Wallace is the only full-time African-American NASCAR driver. Tomorrow, June 23rd is the date of the GEICO 500 at the Talledega Superspeedway in Alabama. As preparations were going on, some sort of a vile message was found in Wallace’s garage.

LeBron James is a man of extreme willpower. The 35-year-old wants to put an end to social injustice in the country, no matter the cost at which it comes. Several other NBA stars and other athletes have joined hands in fighting against discrimination.

Following the shocking act of racism, Bubba Wallace took his time to post an inspiring message about continuing the fight. “As my mother told me today, ‘They are just trying to scare you.’ This will not break me, I will not give in nor will I back down. I will continue to stand for what I proudly believe in,” Wallace wrote. The 26-year-old got much deserved support from fellow athletes and the internet world.
