Delonte West is a retired NBA star who competed for several years in the league. He played with the Dallas Mavericks in 2012 before retiring. After exiting the league, West tried his hand in the Chinese Basketball Association (CBA), but couldn’t sustain for long. The 37-year-old is now in a grave situation, deprived of all his riches he earned during his time as an NBA athlete.
West memorably played for the Cleveland Cavaliers, where he was a controversial teammate to LeBron James. He emerged as an above-average scorer in the league, but was diagnosed with bipolar disorder soon after.
