The Los Angeles Lakers are currently trending on the internet. A sudden crisis has emerged within the team, as their starting guard Avery Bradley has opted out for the remainder of the season. This comes as a result of many players disagreeing with the league over its restart in Orlando.
Avery Bradley was also a part of the coalition that released a statement a week ago. Bradley stood alongside Kyrie Irving, who sternly voiced his opinion against the league’s return. And the 29-year-old has now taken significant steps towards it by choosing to miss out playing for the Lakers for the rest of the season.

Bradley informed ESPN that he wouldn’t be traveling to Orlando to participate in the revised regular season and the playoffs. The six-foot-three guard cited family concerns as the main reason behind his official decision. With the Lakers now losing a starting guard, the team has a major challenge to replace someone in his position.
Though the squad has enough depth to produce another player in Bradley’s position, a Lakers legend feels the Orlando bubble is going to be tough for the purple and gold, without Bradley’s support.

It is no doubt that the Los Angeles Lakers have taken a tremendous blow because of Bradley’s decision. While the team is considering their options with signing free agents, Magic Johnson feels it will not be a smooth road ahead for them.
Magic genuinely knows what it means to win an NBA championship, as he has won five of them. He is one of the best PGs in the history of the game and is deeply affiliated with the Lakers. But now, Magic has a thought about Bradley opting out when the Lakers leading the Western Conference.
