LeBron James is hyped up after winning his 4th NBA championship. The man has been working hard all year for this moment, and he has finally seized it. Moreover, King James appreciated everyone who helped him succeed in this journey, and Anthony Davis deserved special recognition!

Davis came to the Lakers in hopes of winning a ring, and LeBron helped him achieve it. They share a tremendous relationship as teammates and are expected to stay together for a few more years at least.

27-year-old Davis has been spectacular in his rookie season as a Laker. He has amassed records that certify him as a dominant big man. With a regular-season average of 26.1 points, 9.3 rebounds, and 3.2 assists, he perfectly gelled into the Lakers’ unit and LeBron thinks he is just getting started!

“That simple!! My brother is a ANIMAL and the scariest thing about it he’s just scratching the surface of his potential,” LeBron wrote on Instagram. The 35-year-old is still wowed by the incredible talent that Davis possesses. “He like that,” LeBron mentioned in his post about Davis.

LeBron posted photos of him celebrating with Davis, which is undeniably a gleeful sight for Laker fans. The King virtually showered Davis with champagne through emojis and then announced through a hashtag that Davis was on the way.

Anthony Davis agreed on a pact with LeBron James when he arrived in Los Angeles

LeBron missed a trip to the playoffs for the first time since 2005 when he failed to take the Lakers past the regular-season in 2019. However, he has now avenged it in the grandest of manners.

Anthony Davis is undoubtedly a towering factor behind the Lakers’ success this season. James and Davis instantly hit it off from Day 1, which proved to be beneficial for the team. When Davis came to the Lakers, he made a pact with LeBron. What was it?

“When I first got here, he [LeBron James] told me he wants to get me my first ring, and I told him I want to get him back to the Finals … I got your back, you got my back… we don’t want to let each other down,” Davis said after winning the conference title.

The Los Angeles Lakers have finally got the title they deserved. If they are to have hopes of retaining it next season, persuading Anthony Davis to stay is the best option they’ve got. LeBron and AD can certainly bring a lot of force next season in the packed Western Conference!
