Game 3 of the conference semi-finals between the Celtics and the Raptors proved to be a nail-biting thriller! Both teams played their hearts out for the win, but the Raptors prevailed with an ending so good that it has contributed to a rare feat in the NBA Playoffs.
With the clock in the dying seconds, the Celtics looked to take the victory, as they had been on the front foot the entire game. Kemba Walker devised a tremendous play to provide an assist and give Celtics the lead with just 0.5 seconds on the clock.

The Raptors were trailing the game by two-points and needed the 3-point FG to secure victory without forcing overtime. They were met with a massive challenge of inbounding the ball against a seven-foot-five Tacko Fall, who has a huge wingspan.
However, Kyle Lowry made the tremendous pass which was met by OG Anunoby, who immediately converted it as a 3-pointer. The entire sequence was fantastic, considering what was at stake for the Raptors.

This year’s Playoffs are proving to be a great journey, both for the fans and the players. Hall of Famer Magic Johnson has also admitted that this is the best postseason he’s witnessed in over 10-15 years!

The 23-year-old has got his team back into a series where they were down 2-0. Due to his effort, the Raptors have now registered a victory. Moreover, with this emphatic shot, Anunoby scored the second game-winning three-point buzzer-beater in the 2020 NBA Playoffs.
The reason this is so special is that this is only the second time ever that this has happened in the Playoffs. As per ESPN Stats & Info, this is the first time since 1997 that this is happening in the NBA postseason.
