Giannis Antetokounmpo has had an incredibly tough path to the NBA. When he entered the league, no one could have seen his incredible development in the league.

Giannis went from being a skinny individual to the powerhouse that he is today. Following his transformation, Giannis has bagged two back-to-back MVPs in the NBA. However, the Greek Freak is yet to make any noise in the Playoffs.

A prospect that looks more than likely in the future, right now he is enjoying the offseason with his family. Speaking of his family, Giannis recently revealed that Disney is making a movie on his journey to the NBA.

Disney is making a movie based on my family’s story and they are searching for actors to play me and my brother, Thanasis, in our younger days.

“No experience necessary! It helps if you resemble the handsome boys pictured below and have some basketball experience. SPREAD THE WORD!”

This movie will offer NBA fans some insight into Giannis’ life before all the fame. Giannis has always been close to his family, even after becoming a major superstar. It will be quite amazing to see the journey of one of the best players in the league.

As of now, there has been no official word about when the movie will be released. However, if Giannis’ tweet is any indication, it is clear that the preparations have begun.

So if you resemble Giannis and his brother with some basketball experience under your belt, make sure to keep yourself updated about the same.

Giannis was drafted by the Milwaukee Bucks back in 2013 with the 15th overall pick. However, at that time, Giannis was nothing more than a raw prospect. He still had ways to go. During his rookie year, he averaged just 6.8 points but never stopped improving.

Fast forward seven years and Giannis averaged almost 30 points per game this year and carried them to the best record in the league. As good as Giannis is, there are still a few places where he can improve, most notably his jump shooting.
