Kevin Durant had a pretty on and off relationship with his Golden State Warriors’ teammate, Draymond Green. The two were seen having an on-court argument during Durant’s last year with the team. Earlier this year, in a podcast, Green ended up saying some pretty explosive statements which might not have gone well with Durant.

Regardless of any beef, one must acknowledge talent. And truth be told, Kevin Durant is filled to the brim with it. NBA, earlier this day announced the NBA MVP Finalists: Giannis Antetokounmpo, LeBron James, and James Harden. On his show NBA on TNT, while discussing the MVP finalists, Green was quick to highlight his former teammate’s biggest strength.

Giannis Antetokounmpo, LeBron James, and James Harden are the three finalists for MVP. Harden is the popular one and most likely to take the trophy home. He has delivered the best 65 games of the franchise to the Houston Rockets.  A discussion by TNT on the newly revealed MVP list brought Draymond Green to applaud Kevin Durant.

He says, “Kevin Durant’s the best scorer btw… the best scorer ever, not even close. No offense to James but Kevin Durant is the best scorer.

Kevin Durant, without a doubt, made his mark in the NBA as soon as he came in and become one of the most prolific scorers in the league. He has been one of the most consistent players in the league averaging 27 points, which is very important for a great scorer.

In his entire 12 year career, Durant has averaged 30+ points twice and shooting 49.3 points from the field of his career. A close to seven feet Durant is one who jumps shots players can’t block. His three-pointers, dribbling ability, and quickness are not matched by many. There is a reason Durant has won the scoring title thrice.

Durant is currently playing for the Brooklyn Nets who clinched the seventh seed in the Eastern Conference after their impressive win against the LA Clippers on August 9. They displayed one of the best offensive quarters and won 129-120.
