We are all set to witness a gentlemen’s sweep in the next game. After a disappointing game 1, there was no turning back for the Los Angeles Lakers. They kept bringing in their ‘A-Game’ and are now in a 3-1 lead against the Portland Trail Blazers. Talking about Game 4, LeBron James put up a phenomenal performance and broke momentous records.

While everyone looked super impressed, it seems like there is always going to be that one individual who will find a way to criticize him.

The Lakers blew the Blazers out of the water with a massive score of 135-115. On top of that, LeBron showcased a very memorable performance, which made it all the more special because it took place on the first-ever Kobe Bryant Day. It came across as a tribute to the legendary Kobe Bryant who passed away in a terrible helicopter accident earlier this year.

LeBron’s exemplary shooting and playmaking added him to the list of the only three players to have displayed such skills on the court. He finished with 30 points and 10 assists, along with only 2 misses the entire night. However, NBA Analyst Skip Bayless was not one to fall for this. He has had a record of bashing LeBron and showed that he won’t be stopping anytime soon.

“Last night was a tour de force, I mean sorry, a tour de FARCE! I have never seen such pathetic, front-running, chest-beating, credit-taking against such a sorry team as I saw from LeBron James and the Lakers last night. I was embarrassed for them!” said Bayless on Undisputed.

Bayless expressed that ‘the goat’ referencing to LeBron should have been wearing a mask to cover his face after game 1. “LeBron had the basketball in his hands, up 6 with 7 minutes left and what happened Mr. Sharpe the rest of the way? He should have said ‘I got this and game over’ and he got outscored down the stretch 19 to 6. Are you kidding me?”

This should have been a cakewalk for Lakers

He explained how previously he had already foreseen this outcome for the Lakers. “When all those experts, the Barkley’s and the Greg Anthony’s were saying Portland is going to win the series, what did I tell you? This should be an easy sweep. I told you cakewalk, I told you mismatch. I told you this will be the equivalent of a Disney World amusement park theme ride for the Lakers.” However, the Lakers did have a tough time, which negates this stance.

Luckily, it seems like Damian Lillard has lost his Mojo and has not been living up to the hype created around him. Despite what Skip might say, looks like the Lakers will be leaving the opener with a comfortable win unless a miracle takes place.
