Our sixth man of the year? Who else but Andre Iguodala, the man who won the finals MVP. He started just 3 of the 21 post season games for the warriors. However, his performance on the defence of LeBron James was phenomenal and he provided a variety of options on the offense.
Most dominating performance during the playoffs was Chicago Bulls win in game 6 over the Milwaukee Bucks. The Bulls, utterly outplayed and outclassed the young bucks in a 120-66 win (the second highest margin of victory in the NBA). Every active player on the bull’s roster scored points. They were led by Mike Dunleavy Jr, who really got into the the young bucks squad, by getting physical with them and drawing fouls.
He finally riled up Antetokounmpo, who clobbered him with a hard foul during a 3-point shot, causing him to be ejected. Michael Carter Williams also received a technical lashing out against Dunleavy.
The most entertaining, tightly packed game was the game 7 between Los Angeles Clippers and San Antonio Spurs in round 1 of the Western Conference Playoffs. With the series tied 3-3, both had it all to play for. The Match saw the lead change 31 times, with 19 ties over the course of the game. The clippers edged out the spurs 111-109 thanks to a basket by Chris Paul.
Paul, who suffered a hamstring injury early in the game, gave the Clippers a 111 lead with 1 second to go. The Spurs failed to score after taking a time out, and the defending champions were knocked out.
