Both of them scored 5 points apiece as the Tigers finished the first quarter in the lead at 13-8. The Ragin’ Cajuns showed some fight in the second quarter with forward Tamera Johnson and senior guard Brandi Williams providing Louisiana with a marginal lead of 3 points five minutes before half-time.
