The Tigers avenged their previous game loss to the Crimson Tides with a convincing 99-81 victory. The star of the show was the duo of Jaylin Williams and Johni Broome. They scored more than half of their total points. Williams was the top scorer notching 26 points along with grabbing 6 rebounds. At the same time, the dynamic No.4 Broome had 24 points in his bag and 7 rebounds.

The presence of Charles Barkley gave the Tigers an additional motivation. They came over the team who handed them a loss in their last matchup.
